Heidenau Inner Tube 8 E/F – 41.5G/70° Valve

Heidenau 8 E/F fits the same 3.50, 4.00, 110/80, 120/70 size range for 8-inch rims as the 8 E/F with a 33G/90° valve — the difference here is the valve.

The wall here is thinner than in the Cross class — 1.5–2.0mm. That's enough for scooters and mopeds, where wheel loads are lower than on enduro or cross machines.

Material and durability

Heidenau 8 E/F is made from natural rubber: the material resists mechanical stress better than synthetic compounds and retains high elasticity even after prolonged use.

The trade-off with natural rubber: it loses pressure slightly faster than synthetic rubber, so check pressure with a gauge from time to time.

Valve and fitment

Heidenau 8 E/F comes with a 41.5G/70° valve — also angled, but with a different bend angle and a longer stem. Match it to the valve fitted on your scooter's original tube.

Application

Heidenau 8 E/F suits scooters and mopeds with an 8-inch rim. If the original tube had a 70° valve, this version fits without modifying the bodywork cut-out.

Natural rubber retains elasticity better at low temperatures in Kazakhstan's winter, but ages faster than some synthetic materials during prolonged use in summer heat.

Fitting recommendation

When fitting Heidenau 8 E/F, check the angle and length of the original valve and use a new rim tape of the correct size. Pinching the tube with tyre levers remains one of the most common causes of premature tube failure.
