Heidenau Inner Tube 10 D/E – 33G/90° SV Valve

Heidenau 10 D/E fits the 3.00, 3.50, 90/100, 90/90, 100/90, 100/80, 110/80 size range for 10-inch rims — the same range as other 10D variants, but with an angled, long valve.

The wall here is thinner than in the Cross class — 1.5–2.0mm: enough for a scooter.

Material and durability

Heidenau 10 D/E is made from natural rubber: the material resists mechanical stress better than synthetic compounds and retains high elasticity even after prolonged use. The trade-off: it loses pressure slightly faster than synthetic rubber, so check pressure with a gauge from time to time.

Valve and fitment

Heidenau 10 D/E comes with an angled, long-stem 33G/90° SV valve — combining a 90° bend for tight clearance with an extended stem for a deep rim.

Application

Heidenau 10 D/E suits scooters with a 10-inch rim, especially where the original tube had an angled valve with a long stem. Natural rubber retains elasticity better at low temperatures in Kazakhstan's winter, but ages faster than some synthetic materials during prolonged use in summer heat.

Fitting recommendation

When fitting Heidenau 10 D/E, check the angle and length of the original valve and use a new rim tape of the correct size. Pinching the tube with tyre levers remains one of the most common causes of premature tube failure.
