K80 SR SRS2 in 120/80-12 is the wider of the two racing sizes in the K80 SR profile and the option with the larger contact area. Its load index of 65 (290 kg) is the highest in the K80 SR racing range, and the size is approved for either axle. The carcass is newly engineered and weight-optimised for the track.

The tread pattern is taken from the road-going K80 SR — those characteristics form the best basis for a racing tyre. The speed index is M. The NHS marking means the tyre is not approved for public roads.

Application

Heidenau K80 SR SRS2 120/80-12 is fitted to racing scooters and pit bikes where a larger contact area is wanted — usually at the rear, paired with a narrower front. The soft compound works between 0 and 25 °C, including indoor winter training.
